Lindsay Lohan's Butt-High Boots

We realize that Lindsay Lohan was "away" for awhile, but did someone prank her into believing these pants came in while she was out?
We hope the Liz & Dick star isn't that easy to deceive, but this looks suggests otherwise. Honestly, are those boots or pants?! We cannot tell, but for the sake of sitting, walking and going to the bathroom, we really hope they're stretchier than they look.
