UNN Enugu Also Pulls Out Of ASUU Strike, Resume Lectures

The University of Nigeria, Nsuka, Enugu State, began academic activities in the school on Monday, 2nd of December, 2013. The higher institution of learning resumed for lectures on Monday following the decision of its management to start academic work as ordered by the Federal Government last week.
Sources in the school said  that students of the Department of Chemistry received lectures on Monday morning and as at 3:30pm, some of the students of the department were still in the classroom with their lecturers.

This development might be a big blow on members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, who have vowed to continue with the strike.
The National President of the union, Nasir Faggae, told newsmen in Abuja on Monday that no amount of threat will force the body to suspend the industrial action.
