prince william kate middleton have a higly selective list
for prince georges royal christening
It's a family affair! But the whole family won't be invited!
The day is almost upon us when Prince William and Duchess
Catherine's baby boy Prince George will be christened, but some members of the
family will NOT be there!
And it isn't because they don't want to either! It's because
they weren't invited!
That uninvited list includes the aunts of Prince William,
Princess Anne and Sophie, Countess of
Wessex. Plus, Prince Andrew and Prince
Edward were also not placed on the guest list!
The reason this is happening is because the royal parents
have bucked tradition once again, and want the christening to be a very
intimate affair with only the closest family members present.
It was first noticed that Princess Annie and Sophie,
Countess of Wessex weren't attending the christening when both announced other
engagements on that day.
When asked if they had been invited at all, one source said:
"All I can say
is that the christening will be an intimate affair."
Another source said:
"The christening
will be a small, intimate and personal family affair."
Kensington Palace refused to discuss any speculation and only
gave the following statement:
"We will
announce the full guest list in due course when we are ready to do so."
Wow! Sounds like some ROYAL drama might be happening!
At least we're sure that Prince Harry and Pippa Middleton
will be there though.
Or at least we hope they'll be there! If they weren't
invited, that would be royally awkward indeed!!
