Billy Ray Cyrus: Miley Is “Happiest She’s Ever Been” After Liam Hemsworth Split

Billy Ray Cyrus says his daughter Miley is doing better than ever amid controversy over her image and a split from fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
“All I know for sure is I heard my daughter say today she’s the happiest she’s ever been in her life immediately following [the breakup]. That’s when I saw Miley being so happy,” the elder Cyrus tells “Entertainment Tonight.”

He also talked about the most “embarrassing” thing about his daughter’s “Saturday Night Live” performance and discussed his younger girl Noah.
