[Photos] Yaya Toure Wins African Player Of The Year 3 Times + List Of All Winners

Yaya Toure has won the African Footballer of the year 3 times in a roll and this time he had to beat fellow Ivorien Didier Drogba and Nigeria’s Mikel Obi John. The GLO/CAF awards which was organized in Lagos, Nigeria saw guest been entertained by GLO ambassadors, Lagbaja, D’Banj and Flavour. 2face Idibia also performed as the only performer who isn’t a GLO Ambassador.
Other winners of the annual GLO/CAF Awards includes:

1. National team of the Year goes to Nigeria! NFF president Aminu Maigari steps up to receive the award from Adams Oshiomhole and Felix Nyantakyi.

2. Youth National Team of the Year goes to Nigeria U-17 team.3. Club of the Year. Nominees are Al Ahly, CS Sfaxien and Orlando Pirates. The winner is…Al Ahly.

4. CAF Fair Play Award – The single nominee and winner is the Nigerian Supporters Club. Alhaji Rauf Ladipo steps up to claim the trophy.
